WHOLESALE ORDERING AND SHIPPING POLICY
We would like your experience of doing business with Nicole Brayden Gifts to be as pleasant and profitable as possible. We take pride in the design of quality products that your customers want to purchase. We strive to have our products available when you order them and ship them on a timely basis.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
New Accounts
All first orders must be prepaid with a credit card or certified check. Please provide company reference sheet complete with bank information to apply for open credit. Payment history is considered when approving credit limit increases. Initial orders must be paid before second order will be shipped. All accounts must be current before additional orders will be shipped.
Payment
Terms are prepaid until credit is awarded. We accept all major credit cards, certified checks and money orders. We do not believe in finance charges, but we do ask that you adhere to terms awarded.
Pricing
When logged into your customer account, all prices listed are wholesale in U.S. dollars. Prices may change at anytime without notice. No retail prices are listed on any products unless noted.
Minimums
Minimum opening order is $250. Minimum reorder is $100. 10% Surcharge for orders under $100. All products must be ordered in the multiples or minimums as listed in the catalog. All orders will be rounded to the nearest minimum quantity increment whether up or down. Please account for this when placing your order, otherwise there may be a delay in processing your order.

Primary Carriers
All wholesale orders are shipped FedEx Ground or by truck unless otherwise instructed.
Discount Offers and Promotional Deals
Unless otherwise specified in the terms, discount offers and promotional deals, do not include closeout items. Our website may or may not support all or any discount offers and promotional deals. In the event our website does not fully support a promoted discount, offer, or deal, please contact your rep, call or email customer service to place your order.
Website promotions offering Free Freight are for the Contiguous US only.
Damage Claims/Order Discrepancies
Despite our quality-assurance efforts, damages can occur in production or transit. Please open and inspect your merchandise promptly. Claims of shortage or damage must be made within 10 business days of receipt of shipment. Returns must be authorized and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No credit will be given for shop-worn product or product that have been stickered with retail price tags.
Some of our products are handmade, and may have natural imperfections. For other items, there may be slight variations in colors, sizes, styles and accents. Our catalog & website contains images & designs of our products as best represented. Please be aware that digital images and/or web color may vary some what from the actual product. Please also be aware that slight variations on production of fabric cuts may also vary from the actual photograph you see in the catalog or on the website. Variations in colors, etc., are not considered a defect & are not eligible for return. However, the product may be exchanged. Prices and product descriptions are subject to change.
Past Due Accounts
Account with a balance of 90 days past due or more will be sent to collection. Once sent to collection, all merchandise must be prepaid.
